Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue of the body for therapeutic effect. Massage has many benefits, including enhanced recovery time, post-ski relaxation and improved performance. It can benefit most people, providing there are no contraindications (or medical reasons not to).
We use many different forms of massage and generally a session is tailored to the areas and requirements of each individual client.
The types of massage we offer are:
Lava shell massage
Originating from the shores of the Philippines these shells are the worlds first heating massage tool. This eco-friendly massage enables the therapist to combine manual and shell techniques giving an indulgently relaxing or deep tissue massage. More details
